

I would either starve or need someone else to feed me. Without being willing to make some changes, I would still be in a wheelchair. I had to learn to accept help from others. For instance, when I became a quad amputee, I had to learn to walk again and feed myself. When we are faced with challenges, we are forced to grow. But, what if you tried a new recipe or took a class, or talked to a stranger? Think of the blessings that could bring to your life. So why should you leave your comfort zone? Well, that’s where the magic happens! I’ll give you a great list of ideas to help you step out of your comfort zone later on in the post.
